Breast Self-Examination

Most of breast cancers are found by women themselves. When women discover lumps in their breasts at very early stage, surgery and treatment can save their lives.

You can use Breast Self Examination (BSE) to check your breasts. When BSE is performed properly and regularly, you can note any changes in your breasts and seek further evaluation immediately. Early detection is the key to cure breast cancer.
