Kanser Serviks atau Pangkal Rahim adalah  kanser ketiga tertinggi dalam kalangan wanita di Malaysia.

 

Kanser ini adalah kanser yang boleh dicegah kerana ia boleh dikesan pada peringkat awal melalui ujian saringan. 

Jangkitan Virus Human Papilloma (HPV) adalah penyebab utama kanser serviks. Virus ini boleh dikesan melalui ujian HPV yang perlu dilakukan setiap 5 tahun sekali sekiranya keputusan adalah negatif. Apa yang menarik mengenai ujian ini ialah, ujian ini dilakukan sendiri oleh wanita, tidak menyakitkan dan sangat mudah.
