Hari Tuberkulosis Sedunia : 24 Mac 2022
TB (Tuberkulosis) ataupun batuk kering adalah penyakit berjangkit. TB bukan penyakit keturunan.
Cegah Tibi (TB) : Dapatkan Imunisasi Bacille Calmette Guerin (BCG)

Covid-19 Vs Tuberculosis (TB)
Tuberculosis or TB or affects almost ⅓ of the world’s population and has always been the worldwide leading cause of death from an infectious disease.
Both TB and Covid-19 are contagious, attack the lungs primarily, and have similar symptoms. The difference is that TB disease develops much more slowly (up to months or years after the body gets infected) than Covid-19, increasing its risks of being misdiagnosed or left untreated, which can be fatal.Jangkitan Tibi Di Tempat Kerja

Multi Drug Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB)

Tuberculosis (TB)
Tuberculosis (TB) is categorized as one of the top infectious killers worldwide, despite being a preventable and curable disease, due to the devastating health, social, and economic impact it poses. Most TB cases are reported to progress from latent TB infection (LTBI) rather than local transmission, especially in those whose immune systems are weakened.
Covid-19 and TB, both diseases attack primarily the lungs. Although both biological agents transmit mainly via close contact, the incubation period from exposure to disease in TB is longer, often with a slow onset. Don't let TB catch you off-guard.

Tuberculosis (TB) : Dramatic Setback To Progress Predicted If Continuity Of Essential TB Services Not Ensured
The world has made steady progress in tackling tuberculosis (TB), with a 14% drop in deaths between 2015 and 2019. The pandemic will lead to setbacks if no action is taken urgently.
To end TB, we need to ensure that essential services for both TB and COVID-19 are maintained for those in need.
