Survey for Female Healthcare Professionals

The following survey is by the National Cancer Society Malaysia (NCSM) and the data will be used to assess knowledge and attitudes of FEMALE 👩‍💼 Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) working in various institutions in Malaysia on genetic tests for breast cancer.

This is a first baseline study.  Please spend a few minutes to answer the questions.  No personal information (such as IC number or phone numbers or even names) are required so that confidentiality of the information is assured.
