Requirements:
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
Qualification - minimum SPM or its equivalent.
Computer literate.
DUTIES:
Receptionist duty
- To receive and transfer calls/take and convey messages as required
- To receive and direct requests for help or information to the designated officials
Office work including
- To provide clerical services for administrative and projects of the Society as required
- Assist in preparing and making arrangements for meeting and training
- Prepare and assist with audio visual equipment for meeting/training as required
- To receive and file correspondence and arrange for replies as required
- Keep records of donations received and send out thank you letters as required
- Photocopying, mailing, filing
Others
- Other office work as may be assigned to you by the Management or their representatives
- To cover the duties of other administrative staff when necessary
